Relay Worship Circles

Leading worship can be a rewarding but challenging job, and it's important for pastors to have a community of like-minded individuals who understand their struggles. You may be feeling unsupported, on the brink of burnout, or maybe you simply want someone to talk to in a casual setting. Circles provide a safe space for pastors to share their struggles and experiences, receive encouragement and prayer, and build meaningful relationships.

what joining a circle looks like:

one 2-hour meeting each month

You already have a busy schedule. Take these 2 hours each month to invest in yourself. The longevity of your ministry depends on it.

rotating hosts

You'll rotate with others in your circle for host locations. Let's keep expectations for one another low--no need to cook for anyone, and leave your living room mess where it is.

Simple format

Living, learning, leading. You already do the leading every day, so let's focus on the first two. We'll spend time developing our relationships with each other and with the Lord, as well as developing our hearts and minds into the nature of Jesus and reflecting on how we can do better at the tasks he has set before us.
